TR to PR pathway
The temporary resident to permanent resident pathway is a limited-time pathway to permanent residence. It is for certain temporary residents who are currently working in Canada and their families.

A Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, aged 18 or older, can sponsor certain family members to become Canadian permanent residents under family sponsorship programs.
Those family members can live, study, and work in Canada with permanent residence through:

Immigrate by providing care for children, the elderly or those with medical needs, or work as a live-in caregiver.

Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
This program opened to permanent resident applicants in 2019 as a pilot program to support the local economy of smaller Canadian communities through immigration.

Atlantic Immigration
The Atlantic Immigration Program is Atlantic Canada's own immigration program (AIP). Employers can use the AIP to attract and retain foreign talent. Atlantic Canada is made up of four provinces:
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador,
The Island of Prince Edward.
